Mindfulness Meditation for Young People and Adults

For age 14+.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

What should you bring?

These sessions are under cover but are on grass so please wear suitable footwear and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Mindfulness meditation asks us to suspend judgment and unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with warmth and kindness, to ourselves and others.

This meditation workshop will guide you through mindfulness techniques of paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally in the service of self-understanding and wisdom.

Advance booking is essential as there are limited spaces per session. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been accepted.

The workshop space is located outside Life Café which is on the left after you enter the park from the Thicket Road entrance, opposite the Information Centre.
