ParkBathe is a green health project providing forest bathing and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of adults and children. Forest bathing can lower stress, calm your mind and body and boost your immune system.

After a short introduction, parents/carers are led on their own forest bathing session while children engage in nature activities with facilitators.

Children and parents/carers then re-join for fun exercises. All activities take place within a private, self-contained wildlife area of the park.
