Chi Kung for Young People and Adults

For age 14+.

What should you bring?

This session is under cover. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

A Chi Kung class consists of simple moves which everyone can join in with old and young. It’s a bit like standing yoga and will optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

Advance booking is essential as there are limited spaces per session. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been accepted.


Workshop space

The workshop space is located outside Life Café which is on the left after you enter the park from the Thicket Road entrance, opposite the Information Centre.
