Chi Kung and Mindfulness Meditation for Children

For 7-14 year olds.

Parental accompaniment required for under 12s.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

What should you bring?

These sessions are under cover but are on grass so please wear suitable footwear and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

A Chi Kungclass consists of simple moves which everyone can join in with old and young.It’s a bit like standing yoga and will optimise energy within the body, mind,and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

This will befollowed by a guided meditation specifically tailored for children which will helpto develop concentration and introducing mindfulness.

Advance booking is essential as there are limited spaces per session. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been accepted.


Workshop space

The workshop space is located outside Life Café which is on the left after you enter the park from the Thicket Road entrance, opposite the Information Centre.
